Make a list of inactive members for 2-3 months, then we'll decide who we kick.
Inactive = not on forum and not in-game

but im gonna kick the people who were in the suspended member category group, beacuse i created that group at the start of the clan base idea, and they did not decide to join a base.

so that means a long inactivity. so automatic kick
