Idea about keeping intrest up!

Okay here's my idea, what I have thought for a while, having 1 problem

We could start using "admin of the month" competition.
Every month we could give reward for member who has won vote.

We could choose Admin Of The Month by voting it, or does anybody have better idea?
If somebody has tell to me.
Closed vote ofc so nobody cant see who voted who etc, so there wouldnt be argue about that between members of .RaF|.

Okay here's the problem:
What could be reward for Admin Of The Month.

Why I suggest this?
I wan to keep up our members intrest to do their job well.
Also I wanna try to keep our members active!


So what you guys think about it?
If somebody got any good suggestion for this, please tell me

btw do the player of the month on the server give him lvl to sounds good no?

And then vote who that was or just no vote.

Great idea. And I agree fully with Yahoo too. The new level gets a special greet text and a special name which only the admin of the month can decide

The votes should occur on the forum, so it should be fine for you...

Hmmm what about:

Promotion of 1 higher rank and for a full month a gtext about the best admin of the month.

ye dange like my admin lvl of master TJ xD and gtext.
but what about forum? make him get 200 pm folder and give him to have a color name what color he want.
and what about the guest of the week?
make it weekly not for dam month

Best to give him clan ldrs tags, I bet most of the people would like to get these colors <3

Lets make a rule guys you are not allowd to vote for your self because all of us ofc is going to vote for our selfs witch is wrong so who agrees on this?

We should all get analysed on a monthly basis. Starting tomorrow.

Show your best admin skills, meaning what you do in game and on the forum, throughout the next 3 weeks. In the last week of November we give our votes in a topic.

Well actually i can edit the Database on the server host.
So probally it is possible to delete the gtext after a month.
About AOM behind his name sounds good.
But whats wrong with a promotion?
